In the morning of March 24, 2014, the Civil Affairs Bureau of Beijinginforms us that China Regal Group has been recommended to be the

　　auditing agency for annual audit of the social organizations of Beijing by the

　　Ministry of Civil Affairs of PRC.

　　In order to strengthen supervision, administration and standardization, to promote sound development of social organizations of Beijing, the Civil Affairs Bureau of Beijing publishes “Notice for measures of annual audit of social organizations of Beijing (try out) ” on March 18, 2014. This notice specifies the social organizations registered before December 31, 2013 need to be audited in 2014 from the following 7 aspects: 1. Compliance of national laws & policies; 2. Compliance for change of registration; 3. Developing business according to regulations; 4. Source and use of funds; 5. Changes of agency and personnel; 6. Report of significant events; 7. Other events needed to be audited.

　　Except the contents of annual audit, this notice also specifies the detailed time, materials and result of annual audit.
